OUR STORY
The land was bought in 2010. It is located on a site rich in archeological finds. The preparation and planting of olive groves carried out by Davorin Pamic and Ivo Juras lasted three years.
The olive grove extends to approximately 10.000 square meters, has 180 olive trees, and is surrounded by 400 m of dry stone walls. The archaeological finds in the olive grove are dated to the 5th / 6th century.
To keep the Villa authentic to its surroundings the facade was built over the span of 2,5 year from 110 tonnes of the stone Veležin from Pazin region in Istria.
The whole project is a long-standing wish of the Spahija family to make an estate and produce top-quality olive oil from the Danilo region where guests, friends and family would meet, feel comfortable and enjoy the Sound of Silence.
